Alex Bewsey

I played rugby ever since I was little and got into the weight training through rugby. It was when I couldn’t make it any further in the rugby scene for lack of size that I turned to weights, and eventually found a place where I could let go, I found refuge, I found myself and something I’m good at. Bodybuilding has given me a true desire in life, something I can pursue for the rest of my life. Right now I’m totally focused on the 2012 season; I want to take it as far as I can, win my class and have a run against the opens in the overall. I believe that with a clean, totally calculated and prepared offseason I can achieve just that, if not more. The sky is the limit as I see it, and I’m willing to give up everything, do anything, to get there. Day in, day out, working towards one central goal, being the best I can possibly be! This is my dream and I will achieve it, and am grateful for the opportunity to have Flush Fitness along for the ride supporting me!
