PRE-WORKOUT

DY NUTRITION – NOX Pump
Dissolve the contents of 1 packet of NOX Pump thoroughly in water. Consume 30 minutes pre-training.
OR
CYTOSPORT – Monster Pump
Consume 1-2 scoops in 250-400ml of water 15-30 mins before training to increase strength, pumps, energy and focus.

 

INTRA-WORKOUT

SCIVATION – XTEND
Consume 2-4 scoops mixed in 600-700ml of water during training to prevent muscle damage, reduce lactic acid and signal protein synthesis (muscle repair).

 

POST-WORKOUT

CYTOSPORT – Monster Mass
Consume 2 scoops in 300-400ml of water or milk 3x per day, everyday. On training days consume 1 shake 1-2 hours before training and 1 shake immediately after training and 1 shake away from training.
DY NUTRITION – Creagen
Take one scoop of CREAGEN in the morning and one scoop in the evening with 8 to 10oz of water. To increase creatine saturation, this product can also be taken 30 minutes prior to a workout. The product should also be taken on non-training days to maintain high levels of creatine in the muscle cells.
